About Luca Cozzolino

I grew up in Pompei, and I have been building things since I was a kid.

I created products at Shopify, Zalando and Perk, and founded two companies along the way. The second, Katalogo.ai, was acquired by CommerceClarity, where I now lead product, design and technology.

I enjoy mixing fields of study: so far computer science, philosophy, business, and neuroscience. Nowadays I am studying architecture at IAAC, specializing in timber construction.

some principles I try to live by

Small is better than Big. Smaller teams beat bigger ones, small restaurants beat chains, small gatherings feel more intimate. Perhaps it's because I am half an introvert, but this resonates a lot with me.

Action creates clarity. Don't overthink, act.

Choose the adventurous path. Usually the hardest one.

Avoid the average. A singular life beats winning an available game.

Outdoor beats indoor. Active beats sedentary, always.
